The Founder

Marie Peeler. Having “walked in their shoes” helps Marie understand the challenges that today’s leaders face. Before starting Peeler Associates, Marie was a Managing Director for Harte-Hanks, an international direct marketing and communications firm, for nine years. During her tenure, she held positions as the President and General Manager of operating divisions on both coasts, where she had bottom line P & L accountability and managed staffs of several hundred people.

Today, Marie is an executive coach who works with individuals and companies to increase their business effectiveness through true and lasting transformation. An accomplished and enthusiastic public speaker, she also speaks at industry conferences and leads public and private workshops.

Marie has dual degrees in Psychology and Fine Art from Towson University (Baltimore, MD) and is a graduate of the master's level Leadership Coaching program at Georgetown University (Washington, D.C.) She is a member of the International Coach Federation.

Active in her community, Marie is the Chairman of the Board of the Old Colony YMCA, a non-profit community and social services organization serving communities throughout southeastern Massachusetts. She is also a member of her town's Financial Advisory Committee, is a community leader in the grassroots Bay Circuit Alliance, and holds club and district officer positions in Toastmaster's International.

Marie resides in Massachusetts with her husband. When she is not coaching, leading, or speaking, she can usually be found outdoors or indulging her artistic passions.

Mary Ellen Rinaldi is a professional speaker and workshop presenter who blends stand up comedy with a motivational message that results in thought-provoking hilarity! Her many years as a top performing sales executive by day, and much sought after stand-up comedienne by night, have uniquely qualified her to challenge us out of our comfort zones, while making us want more.

In addition to delivering keynote presentations and workshops, Mary Ellen works individually with Peeler Associates clients who want to increase their sales leadership or speaking presence.

Mary Ellen is an active member volunteer with Toastmaster's International and lives in Massachusetts with her husband, Victor, and son, Matt.

Rob McKinnon serves corporate leaders as a Coach and Advisor. He focuses on helping them improve their leadership effectiveness and, ultimately, the bottom-line growth in their companies. Rob is passionate about his work.

In addition to working individually with leaders, Rob coaches executive teams, facilitates corporate strategic planning, and speaks to groups on topics surrounding effective leadership. Rob knows the challenges for leaders at the top, having led people in a variety of industries for nearly 20 years.

After receiving a Business degree from Wheaton College, Rob served four years as an Army Armor officer. He earned an MBA from the Smith School of Business, University of Maryland, and has completed postgraduate studies in Leadership Coaching at Georgetown University.
